New Avenues Specialty Cocktails with David Sigal
Join Portland’s Sunshine Noodle and Psychic Bar owner David Sigal in mixing one of two specialty cocktails for tonights event.
Traditional Moscow Mule
○ 2 Lime Wedges
○ 1 Mini Bottle of Vodka
○ Ginger Beer
○ Ice
Put lime wedges into copper mug and muddle. Add vodka, fill glass with ice, and top with ginger beer. Gently stir to mix. Garnish with a lime wheel, if desired.
Sunshine Mule
○ 2 Lime Wedges
○ 5 Small Slices Thai Chili
○ 2 Lime Leaves
○ 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
○ 1 Mini Bottle of Vodka
○ Ginger Beer
○ Ice
Put lime wedges into copper mug with Thai Chili slices, lime leaves and maple syrup and muddle. Add vodka, fill cup with ice and top with ginger beer. Gently stir to mix. Garnish with a lime wheel and whole Thai Chili, if desired.
